  I worked with just about every member of the staff here over several months to select and purchase an engagement ring and wedding bands. I can't say enough good things about the experience. For starters, when my future fiancee and I first stopped in to see what she might like, the staff worked very hard to show us a variety of styles and stones beyond traditional engagement rings. This really helped her find a band/setting she liked, at which point they worked with the band maker to create several computer renders of options with different stones and placements. I came back a few weeks later to talk about my options and was very impressed by how much they had remembered about the things my fiancee had said she liked. I ultimately ended up choosing a custom band based on the renders, with Stall and Kessler's ordering a variety of gems for me to choose from for the center stone. Overall the entire process went incredibly smoothly, and they made me a one-of-a-kind ring my fiancee absolutely loves. They were just as helpful when we went back for wedding bands, with the same friendly attitude and willingness to help us find something that suited our tastes. I truly appreciated how thoughtful and attentive they were to making our experience the best it could be, and I would recommend them to anyone I know without hesitation.
