- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Aside from the fake reviews on here... Classic Bait & Switch kind of business... Went there 3 different times because of the TV advertisement. This location never had anything close to what was advertised - even when it said it was at this location. They had more expensive options but not what was advertised. Staff was rude, had to chase down one of 4 employees to get any help (all of 2 customers in store + me). They didn't bother to show me anything just pointed towards area of store without ever acknowledging my presence. Employees preferred to eat and chat instead of doing actual customer service. Safe to say I'll never give them my business. I tried 3 times to get my money and not a single time did they seem to care if I bought anything or just dropped dead so they didn't have to deal with a customer.By Mathew Thompson, August 05, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Was promised free delivery when we put our furniture on layaway. When we paid off the balance, we set up a delivery date & were told again that delivery was free. On the delivery date, received a call from the salesman to confirm that we'd be picking up the furniture. We told him no, it is supposed to be delivered today. He insisted that we had said we'd pick it up, but says he can set up delivery no problem - for an $85 charge!!! Accused me of lying when I stated that he told us delivery was free. We called the store & spoke to another sales person who said "yeah, he does that all the time" - admitting that they lie about delivery fees! - but stated that delivery is done by another company & they can't waive the fee. They refused to give any kind of refund to make up for the delivery fee. Speaking to the manager just got us a lot of excuses AND we were hung up on when we said we wanted to cancel our purchase & get a refund. Absolutely DEPLORABLE customer service. What kind of business admits to lying to their customers but refuses to make it right? I will never ever ever shop here again.By Shannon Kleier, May 25, 2017
